Please accept my thanks for a job well done! After several "bad experiences" with supposedly reputable local contractors, it was a pleasure to deal with professionals. Admittedly, I was expecting the worse, but was pleasantly surprised by polite and pleasant workman, a yard and driveway left clean and clear each night of the job, and extra care taken to make everything "just right", not a just a "get it done and run" attitude.
Kirkenlow's attention to detail, fair price and customer focus will certainly be my choice for any future work on my home.
I wanted to let you know how happy I am with the new floors and bathroom remodel! Working with Andy was easy. He kept me updated on my project with phone calls and emails. The job site was kept clean through out the project. The job was completed 2 weeks before the completion date. Thank you guys for all the hard work.
I wanted to drop you a line to let you know how very pleased Jeanne and I are with our recent extensive remodeling. The Hardiplank siding, scalloped edge siding, windows, headers and gutter have not only met but have exceeded our expectations. The entire project has turned out better than we had hoped.
From beginning to end your staff have exhibited professionalism, attention to detail, and a 'can do' attitude which we greatly appreciated. I hope you will take great pride in the significant part Kirkenlow Remodeling has played in our ongoing restoration of the 1919 Homer and Lulu Brown home.

Your crew did a great job. They left the yard clean each night, and the yard and around the garage was nice and clean when they finished up. Last time I had a roof put on, this was not the case, so I really appreciated it. I also appreciated that they were finished in a reasonable amount of time, and didn't drag the job out for weeks.
Kenny and Larry, you were both a pleasure to do business with also. I would gladly recommend your company, and will call on you again if I need work done to my house or garage.

Larry, from the start we were so impressed with your knowledge of the product. The honest way you presented us your company made us feel comfortable and at ease from the beginning. We also appreciated your extra efforts in finding us a company who would make the custom kitchen windows. You were always willing to go the extra mile and we were so appreciative of your flexibility and professionalism.
Kenny, we were extremely pleased with every aspect of the remodeling from the window crew, to Terry and the siding crew, to the last little details Chris completed for us. Your window crew was in and out in two days after installing thirty-one windows. They were very respectful considering we had a newborn baby in the house. They were also very clean and kept the house in order. Terry and his siding crew were also great to work with. In the middle of siding our house we were hosting a party for approximately fifty people and they were gracious to our requests in keeping things picked up and going the extra step by making our house look as if it was not under construction. Furthermore, Chris was great! He arrived whenever we needed him and completed his work on the smaller details of our home efficiently. We also would like to thank your gutter crew and window sill installer. Everyone who worked under Kirkenlow was extremely couteous, personable and professional.
The quality of work and the materials Kirkenlow used are phenomenal. You obviously take pride in your company's work and it shows when the job is complete. We are happy to recommend you and would be proud to be a reference for your company.

Nurturing a century old home like ours was a dream both of us had for years.While we've done some home remodeling on our own, nothing compared to this major exterior undertaking of restoring a home this size without a picture but rather from our vision. When we stand back at the curb and look at what you made possible, we are overwhelmed. It is perfect; I wouldn't have you change one thing. Kirkenlow did exactly as requested and followed through on the most minor details that mean so much in the eyes of us restoration buffs.
Terry, our job foreman, did an outstanding job despite the weather that seemed to be unforgiving this year. His attention to detail brought us the satisfaction that made this job so successful. His trade experience and understanding made him a true asset on our job.
Since our home is situated on Main Street, it is high visibility. I can't begin to tell you how many people have complimented us on this major undertaking and on your quality of work.

Margaret and I wanted to express our gratitude for the work Kirkenlow recently completed at our home. My wife and I were extremely impressed with your crew, their craftsmanship, the Hardi-Plank siding and your help with decisions along the way.
We knew prior to starting the project that this would be a major change to our home. We never would have imagined our satisfaction when seeing the final product. The Hardi-Planks siding is exactly what we wanted. Margaret and I also appreciated your efforts in coordinating with the Nu-Wood representatives in our selection of dentil molds, the new pillars and the headers for the front entry.
We also appreciated your crew and their "interaction" with us during the job. We have owned a few older homes and realize there are always surprises during this kind of work. We had a couple of those during the project, but the crew's willingness to coordinate with us on these items made things very simple. My wife also continues to remind me of how great the back of our home looks with all the cable wires hidden behind the new Hardi-Planks siding - Thanks for you extra efforts in doing this.

Jason, It is Friday afternoon, September 12th and I am just home from a week on the road to my almost completed home. Were it not for the much needed rain that is falling, I suspect all would be complete...a coat of paint all that is lacking. I am very pleased with the results of your part of the project and am writing not only to tell you that the check is in the mail for the balance, but also to thank you for your diligence and attention to detail on our project. I know that not everything went as planned and that there were a few surprises along the way, but your continued efforts got us through those setbacks. I know also that such setbacks can become expensive, and I, for one, sincerely thank you for not passing those costs along to us. In spite of Dee's assurance that this is money well spent, I am sure you know how much more fun could have been had in Vegas... It has been a pleasure working with you and if we can be of any assistance in the future by way of a referral, please do not hesitate to ask. I know that Dee has aspirations for her kitchen, and after I catch my breath from our latest adventure in remodeling, I know who to call.
