Kenny Woods, our project manager, was always responsive to phone calls and emails. He was accommodating and willing to listen.
Crew delivered exactly what was promised in a timely fashion. When it came to judgement calls during project construction all decisions were the correct ones.
We had another company first, and they really screwed it up. They installed it so incorrectly that they voided the warranty, and took 2 1/2 months and were still not finished. Kirkenlow came in, ripped it out, and completed the job in 6 days. They were very respectful of our property, which was an issue with the original company. I even saw one of the workers on his hands and knees picking up nails from the yard, they were very clean and respectful.

my house. It really looks great. Your crew did a great job. They left the yard clean each night, and the yard and around the garage was nice and clean when they finished up. Last time I had a roof put on, this was not the case, so I really appreciated it. I also appreciated that they were finished in a reasonable amount of time, and didn't drag the job out for weeks.

The honest way you presented us your company made us feel comfortable and at ease from the beginning. Kenny, we were extremely pleased with every aspect of the remodeling from the window crew, to Terry and the siding crew, to the last little details Chris completed for us. Your window crew was in and out in two days after installing thirty-one windows. They were very respectful considering we had a newborn baby in the house. They were also very clean and kept the house in order. Terry and his siding crew were also great to work with. In the middle of siding our house we were hosting a party for approximately fifty people and they were gracious to our requests in keeping things picked up and going the extra step by making our house look as if it was not under construction. Furthermore, Chris was great! He arrived whenever we needed him and completed his work on the smaller details of our home efficiently. We also would like to thank your gutter crew and window sill installer. Everyone who worked under Kirkenlow was extremely couteous, personable and professional.
